Seems as though you can get most needed items here, however has a real bland and boring environment. Had 1 cashier at the end of the row otherwise, you need a credit card in what is a fairly aged community.

Very bad service! The lady ( Indian I guess) and the other one I asked in front at the counter section is very rude and it’s early in the morning like 9:45 am but it seems that almost everyone is having a bad day, I'm only asking but they are not polite and they will let you feel as if you're stupid because you're asking to them. Not a good place to shop. Very disappointed!

The old Indian lady that was there at the self check out on the 01/06/2023 seemed a bit rude. I required assistance at the self check out & I politely excused myself 3x waving at her (mind you, she was already assisting a customer but her whole demeanor was off putting). Her back was turned away so I did go up to her, I was aware that she was already occupied, but a smile or a simple acknowledgement would have let me patiently stayed put and wait for her to come to me.The Polynesian “security guard” seemed disinterested in his job. The alarm beeped when I walked past and I showed him what was in my bag but he didn’t seem to put any interest whatsoever. He was nice, I’ll give him that.Overall, some staff members needs to maintain & improve on their professionalism.

No longer have bug repellent, staff do not know where products sold are and lux soap now 4 for same price as 8 pack...if they have it in stock. Good job!

The customer service counter is just a waste of space in the shop. My Kambrook pancake maker was spoiled and was informed by Breville that I can get an exchange. Brought it to Big W and was told to go through them personally instead. Happened more than 3 times to me, other Big W stores are way better than the Sunshine one

The products are always out of stock, and the online system sucks. It shows there are stock on the website but when I put that item in the shopping cart and ready to checkout, it shows me that there’s no more stock. Even though I have refreshed the page many times, it’s the same. Please improve your online shopping system. It’s been always like this, really wasted my time.
