Nerang RSL & Memorial Club

This evening, 6/4/23, served bowl of soup with no bread ! of any description, really? . Fish dinner with vegetables, frozen fried fish with microwaved vegetables from frozen, no type of potato, no type of sauce or condiments, garbage food and bad presentation, this is no way to represent an RSL restaurant, be a long time ever getting back here and would recommend anyone to go to the local cafe/chip shop for a better and lower cost meal

Nerang RSL & Memorial visited Friday evening for food with the family. As you enter the venue you see display cases on the wall with artifacts from the war.What a magnificent place this is. Lovely atmosphere very well set out. We went up to first floor for Dining room. Drinks served from the Bar. Food is ordered at the Kitchen facility's and delivered to your table when ready. Food was excellent, very tasty and lots of it. At 18.00 hours you are asked to be upstanding for the Last Post. It is played every evening and the Ode is recited. We will remember them." I was very moved how everyone stood in remembrance of those who have sacrificed so much in giving their life in service of their country. Everyone was helpful and friendly. I felt quite at home being from Wales UK. Thank you very much."

Roast meat was dry, veggies cold. Cake was dry and old and ice cream melted. Very very ordinary food. But a decent price but you get what you pay for

Nice tasty food, great variety of pub classics plus a few fancy items. I had a delicious cocktail and my husband is still raving how fantastic the grilled barra and prawns was.The balcony area is beautiful. Nice and quiet, we like to go out when places are not crowed, hence Tuesday nights.

Food was lovely, only thing is that the main course came out too quick n not finished entree. Changed from table service to self service bit disappointed

Staff are lovely and friendly. Food was good , all tho my mom's fish was a little dry. Cocktails are good , but restaurant bar needs more staff on their so you don't wait so long when it gets busy

A Great place to go for a special day or night out, we have been many time's over the years and are consistently impressed. We would highly recommend!

Absolutely highly recommended. The menu has a wide variety, the food is served quickly and was really good. The RSL provides a lovely atmosphere with happy & helpful staff. Take our friends & family: they will enjoy as much as we do.

Once again a great night ruined by the food from the Gallipoli restaurant. This time I’d had enough and took the stir fry back to the head chef only to be told the staff at the pizzeria had microwaved it for too long. When I said it looks like week old slop he brought out a fresh made batch from the cold room and it looked amazing, I said so if that batch is fresh I’ve obviously been served the old batch because the two looked nothing like the same he was certain they were the same, it had just been reheated too long. I’m only sorry I didn’t take a photo to show the comparison. Waited over an hour to be served cold slop never eating there again.
