The reedy creek waste and recycling centre is a great place for people who love to throw stuff, break stuff and dispose of stuff at the same time. If an individual were to bring a mirrow or glass object and hurle it with as much musterable force as they possesed into the concrete pit, the satisfaction obtained from this is be something hard to match.Anouther fun activity at the dump is to dispose of disabilities as the photo indicates. The signage around the tip is immaculate, at the first round-about there is a sign signaling that the round-about is a round area. To ice the cake theres a cone sitting ontop of the sign. This cone is pivotal to the success of the round-about as it informs people to not drive straight over the round about which is a common mistake I myself nearly made.In the battery disposal area the leakage of battery acid has created a beutifull mural on the concrete and is a sight to behold. Once the person is done disposing items they can browse the tip shop where many decent items can be brought for a nickle and dime allowing the person to purchase what they need and still have money for smokes.

Awesome place to find a bargain. There’s a huge range of items. You never know what you will find all at a great price. Do yourself a favour and go and have a look

Wow, the recycled goods shop is huge and has everything from kids toys to car parts. Staff are really friendly and helpful too

I looked at their website this morning(good friday)and it said it was open, l also rang their number and got sent around in circles. Typical council/government, update your open hours

Have been shopping at the recycling center for a few years now, I have noticed over that time it has become more popular (Good for business) but the prices are getting to be unrealistic compared to other similar non profits.

Plenty of secondhand items which are in good condition to buy or do a weekend DIY restoration projects

Most things Ive taken there which are in perfectly good condition and could easlily be used again by others,they turn their nose up at and tell me to dump it .e.g. A surfboard which I had no more use for they complained that it had a couple of small dings. So I dont bother anymore.
