The staff are very friendly. They cut the hair exactly how you ask. I was extremely satisfied and will be returning there soon.

This is the worst salon I have ever been to, do not go. They bleached my brothers hair and caused him to develop a permanent bald spot/receding hairline afterwards. They also tried to dye my hair recently and did not listen to me at all and I came out with the worst result ever. When I went back to talk to them they didn't even take my complain seriously and tried to gaslight me. Very unprofessional and terrible knowledge about hair.

Advice to guys thinking about getting haircut there - stick with the barber around the corner. A young girl hacked my hair to pieces and I ended up looking like an army cadet. No shape and all uneven. Possibly the worst haircut I have ever had. For $35 I expected a lot better quality.

The worst haircut experience I have ever had. I had to come back in the next day as the original haircut was wonky and bad (during the haircut the hairdresser was complaining non-stop about being too busy and not having a lunch break, and even said she thought bob haircuts were the hardest haircut - this is what she was cutting on me!). The hairdressers apologised the next day and a different hairdresser offered to 'fix' my hair. However she did not listen to me or ask me what I wanted, and proceeded to cut the shortest layers (I always ask for NO layers). It was in no way what I asked for, and because the layers were so short and it was cut so badly, it took me 8 months to grow it out to be able to fix it into the style I originally asked for. Also no refund offered when I asked what could be done, just them trying to justify what they did. Won't be going back.

I have had 2 great perms over the recent 18 months at Fabiani . Last weekend as mother of the bride it was pretty important that the hairstyle was as flattering as possible as well as being able to last .I was incredibly pleased with the result. Mr Fabiani is a master hair designer and I could not believe the result he achieved.Thank you so much.I Highly recommend this hair salon which also has a happy and welcoming atmosphere.Gayle Corbould
