The Hobart branch is a terrible service with no respect for the deceased wishes or any empathy for those left living. They blame others for their mistakes, will not keep in timly contact, treat the truth liberally and procrastinate at every opportunity. Do not trust these people.

I was not happy with my treatment when I went in to discuss my late mothers estate. I was treated with disrespect and antagonism. At a time of grief and loss I expected to be treated with compassion and understanding!! I would not recommend this organisation to anyone!
