Spending one's formative years in a time before fluoridation was widespread, and dentistry seemed more like surgery circa 1850, dental problems can be very traumatic. I was first treated by Deborah Kong in Canberra, Civic, some years ago and have now followed her to Evatt. I can't speak highly enough of her skill and dexterity, her kindness and gentle touch. Despite the enormity of the task, she will remain calm and without judgement, your comfort her overriding concern. She is always polite and professional and explains complex procedures and any alternatives in detail, highlighting the risks as well as the benefits of each.
