The clinical nurse was very unfriendly, seemed to be trying to find ways to be annoyed at me and was very judgemental and said inappropriate things. But the worst was she took 30 minutes on the computer to fill in basic information (because apparently paperwork is more important than looking at my injuries). They were also going to scrub out a wound without any anaesthetic or gas, like 'haha, you're such a sook if you refuse'. The dr took a 2 second look and said antibiotics". I was then left in a room for an hour and a half. No dressing done

Extremely Incompetent and poor communication skills by the doctors.My son is currently in mater after the doc hurried us out and said “it’s just a milk rash perfectly healthy baby” . Now Could be is Mater hospital now for a few months. This is the 3rd time they have misdiagnosed an issue. 100% do not recommend.
