Terrible customer support. Was supposed to get a air fryer basket that came with our oven sent to us. We'll they go and send it to the wrong address and act like it's my fault. No willingness to help at all, 0 stars if I could!!

Terrible quality, had our Glem oven for about 6 years and it has so many issues such as the oven door has never closed properly even though it was replaced under warranty, never gets to full temperature, the screws holding the gas burners rusted out and most are missing now, the button to light the gas burners only works on one knob, the writing on the knobs just rubbed off, should I go on? Would never buy again.

I HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS WITH GLEMGAS.DON'T BUY GLEM OVENS OR EMILIA OVENS....THESE OVENS HAVE ISSUES WITH THE DOOR HINGES AND THE OVEN SIDE WALLS OVERHEATING...VERY DANGEROUS.IN THE LAST TWO YEARS WE HAD 3 OVENS BY GLEMGAS WITH SAME ISSUES AND PLUS THEY 1 REPLACEMENT OVEN. ALL WITH THESE SAME PROBLEM.VERY UNPROFESSIONAL TO DEAL EVEN WHEN YOU SHOW THEM PROOF OF THE SAFETY ISSUES AND THE COMPANY ADMITS THE MAJOR ISSUES.ALSO I FOUND DEALING WITH SARAH WYATT TO BE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND I FOUND HER TO BE SO RUDE. TEXTBOOK COMPANY POLICY TO NEVER ADMIT FAULT.

I had a problem with my gas oven but had a really positive experience with the service process. It was easy to book an appointment with Abby the technician, and he was very helpful and explained his whole troubleshooting process during the repair. It was good to have someone who was very familiar with my particular oven repairing it. Parts and labour are warranties as well.

Faulty product shipped and poor customer support. We got this model last month and fan force is not working in the initial checkup and glemgas is not willing to replace or fix.
