Called a taxi 10 minutes in advance, when the taxi arrived, someone else jumped in the taxi without the taxi driver confirming it was the 2 people who called the taxi originally. Called to try book another taxi and was treated extremely rudely by the girl over the phone. Had to wait over half an hour in 5° weather.DO NOT RECOMMEND
