The entire process was made easy by Solargain, from initial information sharing thru quoting(given multiple choices) and final acceptance. They were accepting of negotiating variances to quotes and always provided information re changes. The Installers were prompt professional and friendly. They got the job done with minimal fuss and when finished they walked me thru the finished product and showed the monitoring capabilities. Very satisfied with the result.

Such a smooth process. We initially met with Ben who was super helpful, upfront and honest about options for our solar system situation.Even after couple moth delay getting ourselves organised, Ben was super accommodating, sorted out a team to come and install within a week.The ten that came out were friendly, polite, efficient and cleaned up the site like they were never there.We will definitely use solar gain again for our solar needs, not that we will with the great product we’ve had installed.

Ben the manager and Jack the installer were both very professional. Everything was explained in great detail and we were confident they would do a fabulous job. Other companies I contacted said we would have to remove trees, but Ben worked out panel placement so we didn't have to cut down foliage. Thoroughly recommend this company and am glad we chose them.

We found this company very professional. The salesperson took the time to explain the installation process in detail. Not knowing much about solar power he explained things is easy to understand terms. The installation team arrived on time. They explained what the various pieces of equipment were and what their function was. They were friendly and efficient and cleaned up after they finished. We are impressed with Solargain!

I contacted Solargain last week for a quote on a replacement roof mounted solar hot water system. The quote was by far the most competitive while still offering similar warranties. After giving the go ahead last Wednesday the system was installed yesterday (the following Monday).The install went well and without issue.It was nice to have a new hot water system that actually delivered this morning.All up a good experience with Solargain. SO-LAR SO GOOD.

Great experience from start to finish. Ben was great and very thorough, making sure what we requested was possible and that we had the best possible system for our home. Putting 32 Solar panels on a 3 story building isn't an easy feat. The installation was seamless with Jack and his team, very organised, quick and clean. I cannot recommend Ben and Solargain enough, very happy.
