Mixed feelings about this place. On the face of it they look like they are very pro-active about making sure the car is looked after when I get my services done. However there was a couple of services in a row where they mentioned my tires were balding which is strange as the tires had only done 30k kms. The tire folks confirmed tires were bald; said that it looked like the tires had never been rotated and car was out of alignment (odd since I had serviced the car only a few weeks prior), reckoned the tires should have done 90k if cared for correctly, and rotation/wheel alignment should certainly form part of a service. I am not a car expert so have been relying on these guys to look after my car in a no-fuss manner, now I don't know what to think.
