Avoid taking your Pet here at all costs.We took our dog here for a groom on 13th July and what a mistake that was. When my wife collected our dog, she was very disappointed with her cut. It appeared they had rushed her cut to finish up by 5pm (4.50pm when she was picked up). Either that or the groomer was not very experienced. Anyway we could let that go, bad cuts happen. What made this experience worse, was when they came home and I noticed, not one but two paws covered in blood! Upon closer inspection, we noticed they had cut her nails far too short.When I spoke to Rachael about this, she was very unsympathetic claiming that dogs move and it happens. OK but this has not happened to our dog over the last 8 years we have been taking her to groomers?Please think twice before taking your beloved Pet here. $80 to have your pet returned with a below average cut and injured is not worth it.

I have been to many groomers but this one by far smashed it. They were patient and understanding with my dog and managed to give him the best cut ever received. Thanks Liz and team. We'll be back for sure

Excellent service and a great price! The ladies at Beanfeet were very friendly and treated my Labrador Rufus very well. He came back happy and looking and smelling great!

Adding to review:And the fact that you shaved his right eyebrow so close that you can actually see his skin that's another thing that worried me. How careless! Any closer he would have bled!And in reply to your answer about me coming into the staff area, the communication that you've created between customer and your staff is Zero! We can't reach out to you when we need to communicate your phone goes straight to MessageBank so we end up coming to the salon and we wait in the front entrance nobody comes out we have no other option but to open the door and come to YOU. Maybe you should consider better communication between customer and yourselves and I did not order you to be quick don't add things that aren't true.Don't even deserve the one star I wish there was a minus rating!The first time I took my Maltese X Bichon to Beanfeet they left a lot of spots under his tummy, between his legs and I corrected many places when I got home, I thought maybe I wasn't clear enough who knows it can happen! I didn't make a big fuss then. This time, I told them about what had happened last time and they said don't worry will make sure we will do a good job and I specifically asked her not to make him too short especially around the legs as it doesn't look nice. I left him at 10am come 12pm I messaged them Is Charlie ready"? I had no response as it went straight to MessageBank by 1pm I started to get concerned so I go in person

My 3 year old dog was groomed there a few days before Christmas and his groom was horrible, not only was he cut way way way too short but his groom was messy and uneven he had long bits and short bits all over his body. I contacted them about the bad groom which I only noticed when I got home and had a proper look at him. The groomer said to me that I could bring him back to fix it but I would just have to wait there until they have time to see him which could be a few hours. I don’t know about you but I work full time and especially the week of Christmas I don’t have time to sit and wait for a few hours to fix something which shouldn’t have happened. I won’t be going back.

We brought our toy cavoodle in for a teddy bear hair cut. Instead he was shaved down entirely, his coat was patchy, uneven and worst of all, he had severe burns to his genital area. He was dropped off a happy puppy and picked up a wreck, shivering and in pain. When we raised this with both the groomer and manager of Beanfeet, we were disregarded and disrespected and our poor puppy's injury was ignored. The only response/excuse provided by the manager was that no refund would be issued, and our dog's coat was matted. However, when we asked the groomer directly, she clarified he only had a knot behind one ear and on his tail, which does not explain the condition in which we found him post groom, let alone the serious injury to his genital area. We requested a refund for the $90 that we paid and instead, were threatened and talked down to, for taking the time to stand up for our sweet puppy. Strongly recommend you DO NOT bring your fur babies here. Very poor customer service and cruel and inhumane treatment of animals!

Our boy was in need of a good wash as we're really busy with work. I thought we did a good job brushing him, but I guess there are spots we miss. The guys found them and sorted the spots out before they got any worse. Our boy looks a little uneven, but hair grows back. He's looking forward to his next visit.
