What great customer service you receive from this shop. I order 2 packs of bin liners, had a text as soon as they came in and are holding them for me. Products are excellent quality and seem to last for years. Very pleased with my purchases there over the years.

The 2 ladies that worked here today were extremely rude and grumpy. No help, no acknowledgement, after I made my purchase, the lady with the eye patch basically threw my items at me, no thankyou. I was also juggling trying to hold my items, no offer of a bag (was happy to pay for one) if asked. I think the shop itself is fantastic, but will go to another store in future for better customer service.

A good range of home storage solutions but very little customer service and often overpriced compared to competitors. We were not greeted or offered any help in store. I recommend searching the prices of products online before you purchase, we found one clothing rack was selling for $240 but $170 at Myer ($70 difference!). At the checkout, we applied an email voucher and noticed on the EFTPOS machine the price was $10 more than signed. Only when questioned, the saleswoman said that the voucher reverts the item to full price. It is terrible customer service to try and sell something for more than the advertised price when the customer is trying to use a discount!
