i went to the hotel for a birthday dinner for some family, i asked the server what they had gluten free, he assured me that the pizza they had was gluten free, i ordered one stating gluten free please multiple times, when the man the bought around the food i asked again, the pizza is gluten free right? he said yes. it looked like everyone else’s normal pizza base but i trusted that he knew what he was talking about. being coeliac i cannot consume gluten at all with our getting very very sick and a couple of hours later, bam i was very very unwell, then only thing that could have set it off was the pizza. very upset and disappointed

Extremely welcoming and friendly staff delighted in giving customer service that is above and beyond all expectations. Rooms very tidy, clean and comfortable. Bistro has a varied menu with delicious food. Ample parking and a spacious venue offering beer garden/deck, bistro,Tab, VIP Lounge and Accommodation and close to shops, rail station, hospital and anything you may need or require.Very impressed by all staff. Shannan is a gem for any employer lucky to have her. Her excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with people are exceptional. Kaylah is sweet, friendly and professional. Mario also a sweetheart ready to assist where possible. Anthony the publican doesn't disappoint either and an excellent example of really caring to give optimal and friendly customer service. House keeping staff caring and serviceable. Well done to everyone at Night Cap at Jamison Hotel. Will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

I had dinner there tonight . They did not have what I ordered , so the chef asked me what I wanted . I said I love pasta and surprise me . He cooked a garlic prawn pasta that was to die for . It was so delicious. Thank you Mario

Service was poor no one to help at food counter stood there waiting as staff members walked by had other customers walk up to the bar after we had been waiting awhile and customers that went to bar got served before us had chicken schnitzel and chicken was like rubber and music when came on was so loud almost blew my ear drums out best thing about this place was leaving will not be back and I didn’t think there were places in the area worse than panthers

Quite pleasantly surprised. Not sure what I was expecting, however entered a very cozy pub with nice seating arrangements outdoors as well as indoors plus a nice play area for children. A great atmosphere overall. The staff were all so super friendly and lovely to talk to. Had the bruschetta and ribs which were absolutely amazing! ribs were succulent and bruschetta was moreish. I don’t live in the area but with food and staff this good, I’ll definitely make up an excuse to come here more often. Thanks for the awesome hospitality guys.

Cosy little bistro, kids had a blast in the playground. We were all very happy & satisfied with our meals. Staff made us feel very comfortable & treated us as if we have been there for years although it was our first time. 6 skill testers available with 3 of them winners everytime.Definitely going back for another Jamo Boss Burger.

This was our stop overnight between golf days at Penrith Golf Club. The staff couldn't have been friendlier and we were offered a free drink and 10% off our meals that night. Food was delicious and prompt. Rooms were basic but tidy.
