And their managing chemist on duty - Ben, is the kind of invested caring chemist, the industry is soreley lacking knowadays in preference for more productive= more $ for business but less rapport therefore trust which ultimately results in customer loyalty to that chemist, after all isn't it the 'return' & 'loyal' customers in the chemist business that truly results in business longevity and prosperity?As a customer of said chemist for over 14years, I know that SOMETIMES, bigger,chain operated chemists can offer cheaper prices on some products, and I am by NO means well-to-do, more like near poverty line living funds, yet because of the philosophy of this small local chemist, their ladies always wanting and willing to give you a seamless caring environment where their knowledge of their products to s refreshing and helpful, down to the AMAZING main Chemist on duty, Ben, who once you meet, when you need the time, genuine nature and ability to answer and validate all questions you ask for your piece of mind when getting new medication or are anxious about side effects of what you're taking,to treating you and have you leaving feeling informed, heard, not neurotic or silly and thankful that they were given the time and respect to have the chemist take the time to make you feel completely comfortable and included in the whole prescription process.Cannot truly appreciate til you go and try the experience for yourself.A small town Pharmacy with big town choices yet still the small town charm and attention to customer detail and satisfaction.Enjoy.

Terrific chemist. Craig Watson always has time to help you with the right medication or to put you on the right track. ALL the girls are lovely, friendly and helpful . The younger new chemist, Dan ( Mafia I call him because he wears a black tie and shirt ) is right on the ball and a great fella to deal with.Mr Watson's not silly he only hires good people. Prices are good and not over the top like some . I highly recommend this pharmacy.Bob

I visit mullumbimby often as I have family there. Last visit a few months back was the first time I used Soul Pattinson to collect my necessary meds and I wished I'd had used them sooner. Craig the pharmacist was a very caring, empathetic and understanding person. I wish more were like him when it comes to certain meds and people's vulnerabilities whilst taking them.
