Staff are fantastic! I love all EB Games stores but Richmond strikes me as the one with the nicest people. Lots of merch for things like Zelda, Mario and Pokemon, plus the games and consoles.

I have never had an issue here, always helpful with great service. Recently purchased the new Coral Switch for my daughter, unfortunately it wasn't in stock but arrived in the post within 3 days of buying it.

Lots of stock helpful staff it's a retail business with likely a high rent cost in the mall so don't expect much movement on price. You gunna lose out when game trading but that's anywhere so think it's unfair to judge it on that. Have seen staff talk in depth to a seasoned gamer about game specifics but also turn around and have been completely simpathetic to a clueless parent trying to work out what the latest game their kid wants and what it's about which is fair enough.

Overpriced, You can walk to Big W and save yourself $20 on almost any full price release game. The rewards system is average at best.The staff are sometimes awkward or just blatantly absent when talking to customers. That's not to say that all the staff are this way, I've had a few decent experiences shopping there in the past.
