Thomas is an extremely qualified and experienced engineer. He provided structural value engineering services on my mixed-use residential flat building of 5 storeys + 2 levels of basement. He took the time to explain inefficiencies and guided me through value engineering changes which yielded eye watering construction savings. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for an engineer.
