Extremely poor. Went through Drive Thru this morning just prior to 11am, asked for (and confirmed) a $1.50 Cheeseburger and small Fries. Got most of the way home (15km away) to discover what I was given was the small Fries and a bloody Hash Brown :(

I went through the drive through and bought a large vanilla coffee and a medium fillet of fish meal in Gatton. When I got back to work and opened the bag the fries packet was only half full. It costs a lot at Macca's for so little. I'll be going to KFC from now on, there I get a big meal and drink for $12.

Diabolical staff, so rude when they’re in the wrong. Mouldy eggs. Foul restaurant manager who has a passive aggressive attitude again when they’re in the wrong then says something under her breathe when we were leaving !!

One of the worst McDonald's in the Toowoomba reagon. The Mccafe was completely close, there was rubbish all over the floor and the bins were over flowing. I've been here previously in the last few days ,and the chips were soft and stale, and the burger patties were old and dry. Would recommend a change in management to be honest.

Food was great! Service was questionable! Lobby was a absolute wreck, floors had trash upon them, Bins were over flowing, And every table was messy with trash and food particles, being a Mcopco employee on vacation I was disheartened at what I seen.

Ordered 2x cheese burger happy meals and a double chesse burger meal. Got home to find the happy meals was just a pattie and cheese....no bun... someone having fun but my kiddies were not happy. Had to split my dinner so the kids could eat.
