Mike was very professional and thorough. He sat with us after his inspection of the property and clearly explained all his findings including how to treat/rectify, approx cost to rectify and what to expect in the future. He clearly has solid knowledge and experience in his field. The reports are clear concise and not full of pages of disclaimers like the others I have seen. I recently commissioned Building Masters Inspections for a defect report on my first home. Inspector Mike was extremely thorough and professional. I'm an absolute beginner, but Mike has years of experience, is a very clear communicator and he is very generous with his knowledge. Superb - Mike was incredibly accommodating and managed to do two inspections for us at very short short notice - one requested on a Friday with the auction on the next day - he was very courteous and helpful, and his verbal feedback and detailed and thorough reports were extremely useful in helping us decide between two properties. He did two building inspections for us at incredibly short notice, and with so much grace and respect to the owners of the properties. His report was thorough and gave us very detailed explanations of what we would need to do to improve the safety of the building and our long term investment. He gave incredibly sound advice to us and it was very easy and quick to deal with him. The report will be one we use personally in our new house to enable us to make sure that we protect our home for many years to come. I was very impressed by his service, but more so with his personable and trustworthy style.

Martyn conducted a thorough inspection of the property, identifying many issues that were not readily apparent.
