Doctor Samra was really helpful for me, but the lady on the phone at reception was really curt and rude and not helpful at all. I am struggling with mental health and trying to get help and to be treated in a that way was disgusting behaviour. Very patronizing.

For Telehealth/Phone consultsMake sure to CHECK TIME of appointment in the second email sent in the morning of the appointment!They’ll send you confirmation email as soon as you book an appointment, then they’ll send you a second one on the day of appointment with the time (time always ends up different to initial booking so make sure to check emails on the morning of appointment)Missing appointments suck.
