Terrible customer service - rude on the phone!!! def not going through them now or in the future!

Do not touch this company. They do not have a warranty on faulty doors. This garage door cost $4000 and was only 5 years old when bottom started peeling and the rest of the door is bubbling and starting to peel. No responsibility taken by supplier or this company. They blamed us for this issue! Having to get new replacement door at a further cost of $4000 but with a reputable garage door company.

Terrible. 1st time they gave us the wrong colour, so they gave us a discount. We wanted to give them a second chance in our new house so asked them to service our roller door. After the service, I was told the motor was knackered & they will have to put a new one in.....$700. Use it manually until then" we were told. 3 days later

if you want the best in the garage door business then I highly recommend Ideal Garage Doors. Very professional business 5 stars

Poor customer service and communication. Take your money elsewhere

These people are so rude. Terrible attitudes and customer service. Obviously think very highly of themselves. I can only imagine that the quality of their work would be terrible as well. Spend your money somewhere else.

Terrible service, rude over the phone & Tony made an exceptionally homophobic comment to me about another customer of his. Unfortunately the door had already been installed, otherwise I would have cancelled the order completely. Very bad after service also - Anne was beyond rude on the phone & Tony never returned my calls when I had issues with the door. They may have been the cheapest quote initially, but I’ve had to completely replace the door 4 years later as not enough struts were installed for the windy location of my house, resulting in the door coming off the tracks & bowing. It also wouldn’t close whenever there was slightly high winds. When I questioned the number of struts installed, Tony advised that he had installed the correct number of struts for the length of the door (accordingly to guidelines)... however, those guidelines didn’t take into account our windy location. Even his installer said there should be an extra 1 or 2 struts given our location. Be careful with Ideal!!!

Don’t trust this company. They told me I needed a new motor and door at a cost of $3000.The lovely man from Ferrari garage doors came to my home and had a look, then reset my remote for me and no charge. My garage door is working again . He will be the person I contact when i need a new garage door.
