M5 are the perfect match for my son in times of need, co-regulation is what they do best. Amazing life savers throughout Covid helping with school work. He has learned coping, independence & confidence through attending camp. He absolutely loves going to M5. “Cool people helping me” his words

Movement 5 offer exceptional support services for young people. Management are friendly, helpful and respond promptly to all inquiries. Carers and support staff are positive, fun, client focussed and flexible with individual needs. I cannot recommend Movement 5 highly enough. They have significantly improved the life of my young person and I am a very grateful.

Positive experiences and connections thrive at Movement Five!My teenage daughter started one on one PT sessions here and before I knew it she was hanging with the after school social group, and just recently came home from the school holiday camp. The change in her behaviour, self esteem and social skills have improved out of sight thanks to the coolest carer crew on the coast!

The Team at Movement Five are positive and motivated young people, supporting young adults with disabilities. They tailor to suit individual dietary requirements, and personal goal setting for our son. We can definitely recommend the Movement Five Team for the passion and support.
