Moreton Bay Building and Pest came highly recommended to me and did not disappoint!Matt was diligent, knowledgeable, responsive with all corrospondance and very easy to deal with.The reports provided where extremely thorough and easy to understand plus were followed up with a phone call to explain finer details. Both inspection reports were returned in under 24hrs following the site visit.Will definitely be using his services again.

Possibly the best in the business. Communication was always very clear, the report he completed for a handover building inspection on a new purchase was detailed. Always timely with response and the report. I was unable to make the appointment which wasn't a problem for Matt being the true professional he is. He found something so seemingly small in the defects in the build that I wouldn't have found until it was a problem, saving me a lot of money in the long run and made sure that I was purchasing a well built home. Have already saved his contacts for if/when family or friends purchase. Cannot speak highly enough of Matt from Moreton Bay Building and Pest Inspections.

Matt did our building and Pest Inspection for a new property purchase. Punctual. Very thorough. Takes the time to explain and point things out. Friendly. Professional. Listens and answers questions. Very good customer skills. He provided a lot of long term maintenance tips and advice, and pointed out areas that would need attention in the years to come, and explained the best approach to handle them. This is probably my 5th building inspection in the last decade. I wish others had been this good. I rate him (and so the company) 11/10. My advice to the buyer : take the day off and be there/ listen to these guys. Soak it all up; the unbiased, expert advice. Their fee is the best $500 you'll spend on your new home.

Matt is a great inspector - he provides an excellent service with a very thorough inspection, clear messages about any defects, what's involved in rectifying them and how important they are. It's a shame that we are only able to give Matt 5 stars as he deserves much higher! We found Matt to be very knowledgeable, thorough, personable and very professional. From the moment we phoned him for a quote to receiving his very detailed and informative reports, he guided and assisted us through this somewhat onerous task.
