It's like a mini Harris Farm. Set out beautifully at the front. The staff are so helpful, as I don't go here often and didn't have time to search for what I needed they were more than happy to help me. Great store.

One of the best supermarkets in the country. Great deli, great food, cakes and breads. We have just returned to Newcastle after being away for work for 15 years and Ritchies back in the day was always our go to for quick pick ups. The store now is modern and with a great range of options and on top of this the check out ladies are warm and friendly and as are all the staff throughout the store. A big thank you to the team at Ritchies great work guys.

This IGA is the closest to me. I always end up buying more than I originally went in for. ...is that a bad thing ? I don't thing so...yay.... Best treats, great staff and goodies you won't find anywhere else...

Love going here for somewhere different to shop. Large variety in different products that you don't normally get at Coles or woollies.It can be a bit expensive in some items but if you know your prices you can pick up some great deals on the right day.

I love shopping here. Such a huge selection of grocery items - some that we can't source at other supermarkets. Their bakery items are always fresh & delicious as well. *Caramel popcorn is a favourite with the kids

Looks the part in layout and presentation but don't be fooled. Hot food products are pricey and not great. More expensive on most items than other supermarkets but does have a good selection of quality fresh produce and deli items.
