Kalamunda Veterinary Hospital

My recent experience with this practise where not positive. I found the service, care and price were far from satisfactory.To get a second opinion I visited Hilltop vetinery hospital who I found where much more accommodating.They were able to help my best friend at a reasonble price

Such a great clinic from the front desk staff through to all the vets we’ve seen there! They always go above and beyond and provide exceptional service, we just couldn’t fault them at all. They’ve been taking care of our pets for a while now and always fit us in when necessary, even when they’re extremely busy. You can clearly see the love, passion and compassion from each and every staff member. Thank you for looking after us so well :-)

I just wanted to say how thankful I am to Dr Houghton & his vet team after our beautiful Samson was hit by a car. As it was late in the evening they stayed back to help care for him to make sure he wasn't in pain. Unfortunately due to his trauma injuries there was nothing that could be done even after they consulted with another ortho vet surgeons.Dr Houghton gave him the best possible passing. They gave us as much time as we needed to say goodbye in a private room with a beautiful cozy minky blanket to cuddle him in. The thoughtfulness & kindness shown to us was so beautiful. It was so nice of the vet nurses to give us his paw prints as a keep sake. It meant so much. It gives me comfort that he wasn't in pain when he passed in fact he tried to get up to comfort us because we were all crying. Bless dogs they are there for you until the very end.

Superb service, affordable, compassionate, and expert advice with a smile. A+++, Dr Claudia McGrath is the best vet in the world. Nicola is the best vet nurse, an expert with anxious dogs. Everyone is so patient, kind and understanding, they really care about you and your pets!

Kalamunda have been so great to me and my pooch! They offer such thorough care, especially during a time of such anxiety when my dog was so unwell. Thank you to all the nursing and admin staff as well as the wonderful vets.A special thanks to Dr Simidgi for going above and beyond for me and all her furry friends.

Amazing clinic and could not recommend more highly! Doctors John, Claudia and Bek were amazing throughout their consultations and kept me informed step by step when it came to my dogs surgery. It was so comforting to know in a desperate time; their professionalism, genuine care and guidance got us through and on budget. Thank you all so much for your care of Cookie and we hope next time it will be for a lot less serious circumstances.

I bought my dog here after she received sub-standard care at another vet clinic. Kalamunda Vet staff were all very thorough, caring and friendly. They helped my pup recover from what was becoming a chronic condition. Happy pup and very satisfied owner.

Needs to be friendlier the nurses are extremely stuck up. But the female vet is great. ****Edit how is it damaging when it was my experience and what happened.You were not there.It should be the customer and pet needs first.Maybe you should be telling your nurses off to be polite and friendlier and working on their customer service skills instead of YOU making inappropriate threats you will report me to the ACCC when it is the honest truth what happened. (By the way I am not scared of your threat when you have no back bone to stand)The way you have made a threat to me shows to me how unprofessional you are when things don’t go your way. You should also be able to take constructive criticism instead of trying to gas light people and make it their fault. Take it the hard way and work on your nurses attitudes and perhaps have a look at yourself too (narcissistic)
