I am absolutely disgusted with OMF. My parents and I bought mattresses from the Taree store. I took my mattress protector with me the day I purchased mine, but the Queen bed protector was out of stock and the store manager, Tamara, promised to deliver it with my parents order. This item was not delivered with their order. The appalling part of all of this is that she implied my parents had already taken the mattress protector at the time of purchase and the store manager, Tamara, said to my mum and I (when we subsequently went out to the store to collect the item paid for but not received) that they would 'know' when they did their 'reconciliation'. Incredibly insulting.

Josh was great to deal with. He was really helpful and had great knowledge of each mattress. I was transitioning from a firm mattress to a soft one and was weary of it was the right choice. But the OMF warranty was a nice reassurance by simply adding a mattress protector to my purchase. My new pillows are to die for also. Cheers Josh!

We came in for a quote but ended up going ahead with it, be crazy not to. Tamara made the process so easy and we didn't have to worry about where to put it all while we are on holidays. Great place, great lady she's very bubbly and has a great smile. Extremely knowledgeable on all the products made it so easy for us old farts! We love her blue hair!
