Good customer service, but I wouldn't waste my money there as the jacket wasn't cleaned & dry cleaned properly. They send it off to be dry cleaned elsewhere & I don't think the service they use is of quality. It was my first & last time with Brown Gouge.

Was refused service because Marie was too busy". The managers response on the phone was the company's only reason for getting more than 1 star. Highly recommend if you're going to use this company that you go on a Monday morning and get Jenny. Much nicer and way more helpful."
