I usually get City Subaru to service my Forester but this time I decided to give this place a go for the annual servicing and what a mistake that was! I will never be going back to Bartons again to service my vehicle.The service department has some issues.1. A staff who was looking after me was not friendly throughout and when I asked about a warranty issue I got the feeling that she was not interested in helping me at all. Therefore, I decided to take the matter elsewhere.2. The service report says the car cleaning was done when it was not actually done. When I talked to them about this issue, I was given a voucher for Hoppy's. But the staff wasn't showing any apologetic gesture when I had to return to Bartons from home due to this issue.Overall, I wasn't impressed with Bartons Bayside Subaru at all. The only reason I didn't give them 1 star is because of the friendly shuttle driver.

Grant from Subaru was great! He was honest, friendly and very easy to deal with. Recommend Grant anytime.

Just not good service for servicing. Have had issues with my car taking way over time, poor communication, booking errors on the 2 occasions I’ve used them. Mechanic work itself seems to be fine but administration is definitely an issue that needs to be sorted.

I took delivery of my new Subaru Crosstrek from Barton’s Subaru Wynnum last week and have been very satisfied with the service I received. Sue was my contact and was extremely helpful throughout the purchase process. She was very patient as I made my decisions regarding the extras/accessories I wanted, answering any questions I had promptly, and kept me informed about when my car would be arriving.On the day, Sue explained details about the car and then asked Grant to go through the vehicle features in more detail. He took about an hour to explain them and I found he did so in a very methodical manner which made it so much easier to understand, thus retaining as much knowledge as possible. Obviously, with modern vehicles, there is so much to learn but at least I have the basic understanding and Grant set up my Apple Airplay before I left.I would definitely recommend both the dealership and Sue and Grant.

Excellent customer service by Jordi and detailed health check video by Julian. The centre is also very well equipped in terms of amenities and the turnaround time is really good. Highly recommended
