DuoGlass Double Glazing

Duo glass were very professional and I was informed at ever step regarding my installation. There was an issue with my front door not closing properly but Duo glass replaced it with no extra charge. I fully recommend Duo glass for double glazing to any home. It is amazing how quiet and comfortable my house is with it.

I can not Thank Duo glass enough. Great price, outstanding sales service, kept me informed during production. Delivery was on time and friendly. The best part was that an adjustment was needed on a frame. They fixed it and set in back within 24 hours. To me that's the sign of a business that is customer focussed. Arrogant and out of touch, they took 4 months on and off to install our windows and doors.Ordered the windows and doors in 2021, 14 weeks later they contacted us and said that they will be coming on the 20th of December 2021 and will take two days to install the windows and doors. On arrival it was one man and a ute with two windows, we asked when the rest of the windows would be installed and was told that it would be the next day. The following day two men turned up with one window to install, when i asked if the whole installation of the windows and doors would be finished by Christmas I was told that this was their last day working and would be returning after the new year which was very disappointing. The supervisor made a visit on the last day before the break and counted the windows and said that there was one window missing in the quote, he told me that he would have to measure it up and give us a new quote which was given to us after the Christmas break. Received the quote and was given the design as two awning windows with a fixed pane in the middle, this took them three months to manufacture and when it was finally installed it was one very large awning window with one large fixed pane, it looks ugly like something on an industrial building, but we still paid for two awning windows in that room. Several times we had to wait to let them in over the 4 months and would plan time off of work only to have a text message in the morning to say no one would be there today due to other commitments. When the windows in the dining room were fitted the handles were very loose almost coming off, when I asked oneof many supervisors that they went through I was told to get a screwdriver and nip them up" which I did myself!I do recommend getting double glazing but do not recommend Duo Glass."

Fantastic work quoting and installing the doors in our house. Quality is excellent and at every stage DuoGlass made sure we were fully satisfied. Highly recommended

Duoglass sell a good product. It has definitely improved the weather-proofing of our house, reduces noise and we are pleased with the look. Given Australia's climate especially in summer, every house should have double-glazing. Ask for Paul at the Jandakot store. I've not given five stars because there was some delay and confusion on our first installation (we've had two sets of windows and doors done). Also, without discounts, the product is somewhat expensive. But overall it's well worth the price.

The sales experience was fantastic. However, the installation was not done correctly- the frames had metal cut marks that needed finishing (which should have been done at manufacturing) and glass had not been installed correctly and thus let in a draft under the frame and in a downpour the internal gully filled with water that drained away after a while. We were lucky enough to have really cold weather and a downpour that alerted us to the issues before hot weather set in and we would have just thought we had wasted our money. A guy came out to verify the issue but had a mishap in entering the details- while I am not upset about human error, I found that I then called a few times over the next two weeks to ask what had happened to the job, leaving messages each time there was no call back. It was only when I got really mad they made it a priority. The guys who fixed the problems were great. Since then I found that one of the surrounds is still loose but I can't be bothered going back to Duoglass to get this done and will stick it on with some silicone. We are halfway through a renovation but won't be returning to Duoglass for the rest of our windows.

Thank you to Duo Glass! We were very unlucky to experience a shattered inside pane of our double glazed window. It is a huge piece, almost 3x3m. Not a problem, the Duo Glass people measured, manufactured and fitted a complete replacement unit all in less than 3 weeks. On the day of fitting, a crew with all the right lifting equipment arrived exactly on 7.30am as planned and in less than forty minutes, my life was back to normal. Forget the rest, I'm so impressed, Duo Glass are seriously the best!

Can recommend this business. The reduction in traffic noise has made a huge difference after replacing our balcony doors and window. The process was very efficient from the start with good communication from the initial consultation to the final install. Which was carried out by a quality tradesman who made a really tidy job. Very happy
