Mrs.Ube

It's funny that the store is responding to reviews on customer service saying they have forwarded the feedback and are improving. These reviews date back more than a year ago. Their service has certainly not improved. Servers stay in the back and even when you get their attention for service, their attitude on wanting to be there seems non-existent. No idea if this is a family run business as the lack of enjoyment runs through all the employees myself and Mum have encountered on different occasions. Cakes are good but not worth enduring the lack of customer service. You want food made with love - Tita Cakes all the way.

The best mango cake I have tried in Sydney, it was so fresh and yummy. The Sans Rival macarons were so good and perfect too. Amazing customer service from the whole team.

Wow.My sister bought the ube cake and ube donuts for my Birthday celebration yesterday.One of the best ube cake. It is moist and not super sweet.Hindi ka madadalok sa tamis.Well done.The ube donut is good too. Almost Dunkin donut yung masa niya.I'm not even an ube fan and I enjoyed it.One of the review here is not fair.If they request for payment to reserve an item then you should have done so.It's a product review not a service review.

We recently tried Cupcakes from Mrs. Ube, to our surprise they were the delicious cupcakes we hade in recent times. Extremely soft and unique flavors which melt in the mouth, they have limited menu items. I can't wait to place a birthday cake order from Mrs.Ube.Lovely local shop, must visit.

Product review:It's just so so. The food is good, slightly overpriced but what isn't nowadays. However the problems is the store.Store review:The workers there have absolutely no customer service. Why hire people who can't even serve customers correctly? They keep hiding at the back and when they come out they're not even apologetic.Advice:If your demand can't keep up with the customers, then get more people or equipment to produce your products. Otherwise get friendlier staff.

Rude service girls at the front unhelpful...no greetings are unable to answer questions kept disappearing to the backThey don't answer the phone ... different rules every time when trying to order in personI am now travelling outside my area to go to Tita's Cakes .. well worth my petrol and my time.Definitely will not be recommending Ube cakes shop to any colleagues and families ..VERY DISSATISFIED

I have to repost again, just went back today for the same coffee. Same staff making my drinks taste like dirty coffee or 1st shot coffee of the day without seasoning the machine. I won’t try it again. Looks like the owner of business does not drink their coffee here either. It’s written down SL paid for $5.5 I requested a refund get $4.5 back in cash. Good business Ube keep scamming.I just purchased Large soy latte and 50% is froth can’t taste the coffee. The lady who make my coffee could not be bother to clean or dry handle before fill in coffee powder. I can hear the way she steam the milk. She might be able to serve 1 more soy baby chino after serving my soy latte. This cake shops does not have consistent coffee. Please provide more training for your staff, or ask your coffee bean supplier to provide you a manual and temporary staff from bean supplier to watch your coffee’s consistency.

Bought an ube yemma cake today there. Took it to my Mums as it is her birthday. My mother sliced it straight in the middle only to find a hair in the cake. Not very hygienic, had to throw out the cake that was very pricey for a small cake. Not very nice never again.

A great place to order desserts for your event. My all time favourite sweet from Mrs Ube is a pandan cake. It is moist and not too sweet. Super delicious!!!

They were happy to answer any questions I had about the various baked goods and made recommendations based on my preferences.Overall, I highly recommend Uor anyone looking for a treat that is both delicious and visually appealing. The quality of the cakes and pastries is top-notch, and the friendly staff make the experience even better. I will definitely be returning to this cake shop in the future.
