It was a great and quick visit to get the battery i needed , i will definitely be back again

Dan is the only person who is actually helpful here. One of the other staff members tried to take my money but not complete the job correctly (charge and not test my battery). He also tried to charge me to help get my battery out of my car. This employee had my battery for 5 days and didn’t call me to say the battery was ready for pick up. I ended up calling them myself and coming in 5 days later. The same staff member cut me off while I was speaking about my experience with Battery World in Hobart to the manager and would not let me speak once he started to. When I tried to speak after he was done, he turned his back to me and walked away to the back room. This kind of feedback that I was offering to the manager should be considered useful but instead I found myself being berated and interrupted. I’m not happy with the service here (other than from Dan) or the way I was treated.

Went to this amazing store yesterday. This time Graham the owner helped me. I only needed 2 small batteries for a clock and he went to great lengths to help. Simply one of the best shops in Hobart for service and kindness

The friendliest and most helpful staff... They sorted out all my battery needs which was for the camper.. The kids electric moped and a Lazer light battery which is not sold anywhere else in Tasmania.. Very impressed and will definitely use this company again.. Of you want batteries.. Then battery world is exactly that

The guys gave great advice and I bought an Australian made battery for my car. Dan fitted it very quickly and efficiently. A really good experience all round.

The older gentleman was professional and fixed my ageing ute battery. Service was excellent walked me through different brands of batteries.

Unfortunately I needed a warranty claim, such a simple process, I was given a loan a battery whilst mine was given a full charge and diagnosed, I have been a battery world customer for many years and this is the first warranty claim I have needed,Thank you to staff and organisation
