Beautiful material and quality but customer service sucks. I expected furniture to be delivered and assembled by the workers, unless I bought it online. Before you come at me with the “learn how to do it yourself”, I would kindly not. A lot of us are not trained to assemble a piece of furniture, whilst they have workers who are perfect for the job. I paid for a beautiful bed and I would like it put together by professionals so I can experience all the quality of the bed. I can do it myself, but the bolts would not be as tight nor as straight as when a trained person do it. You can do your owm tax but getting an account sure would help, right? Anyway, thank you for the quality pine wood bed but for sure would go for lesser quality with better customer service.

I was recommend by one of my friend to purchasing all the timber furniture for my new house from Wood Woorld Furniture. I must say that all the furniture are made over my expectation as the quality and details are absolutely fabulous. I bought all local made Tassie Oak furniture which is the one of the top timber in furniture, and stain the color I mostly prefer which can easily match with my flooring. I can also custom made the size and details I like for my own furniture at Wood World Furniture, which is another great benefit from the company. As I bought a set of Tassie Oak furniture, I can also negotiate the price with the owner, they were very nice couple by recommend and help me through all the process. I really like all the timber furniture from Wood World Furniture and definitely come back for furture need, I would also like to recommend this company to everyone who are the timber lover and seek for top quality.

Olivia and her team is amazing. I ordered two bedframes and one mattress from them. Very solid and good quality timber and price was very reasonable. Delivery was punctual and fast. I chose the basic delivery and installation for one person only. Olivia said I might need to help out a bit but John, the delivery champion did all the work without me helping.

I would highly recommend Wood World, their b3droom suite we ordered on Monday and it was delivered to us near Taree on the Thursday. Beautiful solid wood. Thank you for your wonderful service.

Wood World Furniture is an awesome company! They have now custom built a beautiful, classy Tasmanian Oak table/desk to match a bookcase they made earlier this year: both to my dimensions. Everyone I dealt with at the company (especially William and Olivia) were courteous, efficient and friendly. The desk/table and bookcase each turned up on time, with no fuss. Would very happily use them again and can strongly recommend their work and service.

Very professional pieces at an affordable price. These are the nicest wood pieces I found in Sydney and at the best price. I love that they are made in a local factory and creating local jobs. The pieces are high quality and the owners were really nice and worked with us to make the design/style we wanted. We ordered a bookcase and bedside tables and we are really happy with them.
