Rainbow Ridge Nursery
Placed an order 21st November 2021.Followed up on 26th November and got a response from Sharon.Gave my details they required and waited for order.Sent two more follow up emails to both Sharon and Rainbow Ridge Nursery.Not even the courtesy of a reply.Was a rather large order over $400As of 19th Jan.2021 there has still be no Irises sent..If you are looking to buy irises i would suggest you give this company a miss.

Amazing customer service and communication with Sharon..plant were delayed slightly due to the high flow of incoming orders but explained over the phone by Sharon and Upon receiving the irises I discovered that I has been given extra of the plants I have ordered from the kindness of the company.I thank and respect the hard work and effort each plant receives…I would recommend this company to anyone interested in iris ☺️

Have a large order to be made, emailed and called 4 times but, no one gets back to you. Hopeless, would not give even one star because this is not service.Went to Riverina irises and all good.

They went to great effort to answer my queries before I had even placed an order. Furthermore, they gifted me an iris which I know they personally rate highly (and it’s possibly my favourite of the order too). Quality breeding!
