Huge range of vegies, but also frozen goods, pantry items, cleaning products, beauty. Lots of vegan items, gluten free, organic. There is a lot packed into this space.

Great little shop on the freeway. Such a fantastic selection of gluten free items as well as fresh Australian honeys, seedlings for sale, herbal teas and natural, organic produce. I highly recommend anyone who is interested in the healthy side of life to check it out.

Recently returned to buy a couple of bags of produce. Mostly perfect but I made the mistake of buying parsnip, not eaten for decades with carrots.Three parsnips for $3.99. Beneath one top was black and mushy and my very sharp knife couldn't cut through any of them. As wood as. Only good for the bin.

Some things a tasty, potatoes are good but be very aware at the cost of preserves in jars, they are super expensive. Obviously people who are vegan and shoppers who prefer organics are extremely well off. Not for the savvy shopper.

So I'm totally disappointed with the huge bag of organic Spelt flour I bought from this shop, at first I thought there was something wrong with my 30+ years of baking experience as the two loaves i baked were completely collapsed, so I bought some spelt from another shop and the bread turned out perfectly, turns out the Spelt flour from the Spud Shed has absolutely no gluten in it what so ever, maybe it was simply too old, who knows.Besides that it's a well stocked shop with lots of nice produce.

Lovely stop. Super impressed with the spuds. Not sure the variety but they cooked up beautifully both boiled in a potato salad and fried.
