Jacksan concreting

I wanted to add a concrete pad extension to the side of my driveway before getting landscaping done. Quickly responded and quoted. On the day they arrived early, the job was completed within hours. Great quality work. Would definitely recommend this to my friends.Before and after photo

Best Service, Great Quality, Very Punctual.I contacted Jack for sidewalks concreating. He visited us immediately to inspect the property and gave us a quote that was very reasonable. They were also very flexible to make some changes to the layout. Do not use Jacksan concreting. Not only do the deliver a poor quality of work but they damage your property and take no responsibility, jack tried to blame the neighbours for damage to our render when it was clearly done by them. They also left a ridiculous amount of mess on our bricks that because they did not clean properly needed to be acid washed. They have damaged our tiles at the front of the property by not washing them properly after using the solution to achieve the aggregate finish. Our windows where covered in concrete dust. I asked them to leave enough room around hot water system for me to open the service door but they didn’t, they also damaged to service door itself. The mix of the aggregate is patchy and not an even finish. When I spoke to jack he said his company policy is that after 4 weeks he is not liable for any damage, even though we raised these issues within 4 weeks. I also asked for a copy of that company policy and to meet with him to discuss these matters for which he has gone silent. Coward. We are currently undertaking legal action against the company.

Can not be happier without Jacksan concreting. If you expect a peace of mind service, Jacksan concreting is the one. I got two colleagues asked me for Jack's mobile number as soon as I showed the job they have done for my house and share my extremely happy experiences of dealing with them.

Jacksan Concreting were great to deal with. No job was too small. Unlike some other tradies- Jacksan was always on time, and always stuck to his time frame. I contacted them only a week ago to obtain a quote on some urgent landscaping works at my new place. Jack visited on the same day and provided a quote on the spot. He even gave me some landscaping ideas, which I really liked and subsequently added to the project. Price was great and hence I decided to go ahead with them earlier this week. Originally, the job was supposed to be completed within the next two weeks. To my surprise, Jack brought it forward, started the job yesterday and the project was completed this afternoon. Absolutely amazed by the quality of work. Loving our new backyard in aggregate exposed concrete and artificial grass. Jack and the team have done an excellent job and I would definitely recommend them to others. They have been friendly, punctual and honest with the works, most importantly. Top of the class service!
