Fast delivery, excellent products and outstanding customer service. I ordered a number of pots and three of them had minor flaws in the paintwork. When I reported this they were quick to acknowledge that this was a problem and offered the choice of partial refund or replacement of all three pots.

I ordered a pot on the website. The website changed my address on entry, and got it wrong. The new shipping fee was over 10 times what the website quoted. To cancel the order they charged me $100, and said it was my fault for not noticing that the site changed my address. Not a good experience - people should be aware.

The pots I bought from The Balcony Garden are fabulous, as is the customer service. I went to the showroom to select my pots and Hannah was extremely patient and helpful as I moved pots around the showroom to help make my decision! Couldn't be happier with my Choob and Loob combo that I was able to pick up on the spot and take home.

I have purchases from The Balcony Garden three times. The most recent time, I needed help with finding some pots to match my existing ones. The customer service was excellent and was able to get what I wanted. Delivery was very prompt. I will purchase from them again and recommend you do too if you want excellent quality, stylish, matching pots.
