used to come here all the time but will never return, the female pharmacist behind the counter was so incredibly rude - she wouldn’t fill a valid script and gave me the third degree on why I need it and said she couldn’t legally sell me ventalin for my asthma

Actually have always had pretty good experiences here. Sometimes there's a wait to get your script filled, but it's a big busy store. They have more range of medications (I can't get one of mine anywhere else in the area), and pharmacists are polite. There are some very friendly and helpful staff. I've also done click and collect, and they've taken time over the phone to add more items to my order that I couldn't purchase online. I am not a fan of chemist warehouse as they pay the naturopaths and some other staff too low, but the staff do a good job at this store. Security guards I've found are polite and friendly as well.

Back counter staff are rude, blind, and completely inefficient. Queues mean nothing and they consistently dispense the wrong medication.

Do not go here, if you have Multiple Health Issues, Immunocompromised etc. The 'female' Pharmacist in charge, doesn't treat customers/Patients like people worth treating with care, just as an Income source. They have one very good mature Empathetic male Pharmacist. But the 'female one' doesn't have an Empathetic organ. I have formally closed my account at this Pharmacy where I am not treated as a valid Human being. They say one thing then go back on their word, lose your Scripts, until you chase them down. Lack knowledge. Just not worth it, I'm taking my business elsewhere, after having spent way too much money, at a Pharmacy that doesn't care. I even said Goodbye" to the very sweet Security guard they have there. But sadly nope

After today’s visit I got straight on the phone to Corporate chemist warehouse. NO WAY known. EVER. Will I step foot in this place. As a customer who expects to spend close to $100 with each fortnightly visit, I REFUSE to have my bag (private property) checked three times, then asked to wait while they verify I’ve paid for my purchases. AFTER I’ve already shown proof of purchase. I’ve left my details and requested the outcome of my complaint. I requested better staff training be provided. Hopefully this happens.

Worst customer service ever experienced by a pharmacist and owner. So rude and disrespectful, would not fill a prescription without giving me the third degree. Why do they consider themselves judge and jury whether a customer should have a prescription filled.

This is my local Chemist Warehouse, it's easy to access going north bound towards pen link. Carpark is a reasonable size, however it's shared with Dan Murphy's and fills up during peak hour.You're always greeted by the instore security guard on duty, be respectful and they will too. Staff are usually friendly and you're not waiting long for a pharmacist. Happy with this store.

Staff there are so lovely and helpful. A few times I've had scripts dispensed incorrectly for migraine medication (filled out incorrectly by docs, not pharmacists fault) and they've always filled them properly for me

On a very convenient location (KARINGAL),Always open like forever till 9:00 pm, slightly differ on weekends difference of 2 hours early shuts. Been here always as it is easy for also car park. 10/10
