Honestly I will never go anywhere else!! Erin and her beautiful team are the most caring, compassionate and knowledgeable veterinary hospital i have ever dealt with. They go above and beyond, and you can tell they all have a genuine love for all animals by the way they treat them. I recommend Riverstone Veterinary Hospital to all I know, and none have been disappointed!

I've never experienced such compassion and empathy from a vet or clinic. My dog was laid to rest with advanced renal failure, the entire team including Vet Dr McGregor seemed to share in that grief and it truly meant something to myself and I'm sure to my dog Cricket. Dr McGregor soothed and showed her affection and compassion in her last moments.I've never witnessed that within another clinic.

Dr Erin took the time to explain our treatment options for our little pup and listened to all our concerns as new puppy parents. Extremely glad to have found a vet like this.

Hands down the best vets I have even taken my dogs to. From general check ups to surgery, it has always a positive experience, and my Cavoodle has never associated going to this vet as a negative thing. With my older dogs recent knee surgery, the care and support both my dog and I received was stand out. It’s so lovely to have the team know who you and your pets are when you walk in. My experience with other vets has always felt transactional, but Riverstone Vets has always been supportive, helpful, friendly and reassuring. I will always appreciate the genuine love and care that my dogs have received here.

Took our girl there for a c section, only had issue after issue from then on and ended up losing her at only 1.5years old when it was completely avoidable due to professional negligence. We persisted and took our girl back numerous times over the course of 10 days only to be told she is fine and to go home. No tests or further investigation took place until we as owners almost demanded it to be done and they still did not look into every possibility. Our girl had stitches come undone and left that way because they did not want to restitch until we demanded it to be done and had fluid in the lungs that the vets knew about but did not monitor or do any x-rays or provide any medication to help causing our girl to lose her life. I share our tragic story with others so that you can be careful. Our fur babies deserved professionals that look into everything and cover all basis, not rush to make their next appointment. Still have not admitted their wrong-doing and negligence and accepted ownership for their horrendous actions that cost us our beautiful, beloved family member.

Riverstone vets has become our local vet for our boy. Dr. Prue is a really great veterinarian and the whole staff are fantastic. We used to take him to a vet in Rouse hill but switched and haven't looked back. They genuinely care about your pet. We also use their boarding services which is fantastic.

Best veterinary clinic I have ever visited! My pup had surgery done and it was absolutely smooth sailing! The staff are so effortlessly lovely and genuinely caring - I always feel comfortable when visiting not to mention their prices are absolutely amazing.I'd definitely recommend this clinic for your fur babies! They are lovely people who care very much for animals.
