Disrespectful service, aside from the fact that they charged me TWO DOLLARS and thirty cents, for “opening an email”, on top of the cheap quality ink they used for every thirty cent page (said charges by the way, are nowhere to be seen inside the shop). Never step in this place, they think that being in Toorak means being unreasonabley expensive.

I found the staff to be disrespectful and rude. I also belive that they price everything ridicously just because they are based at toorak. I was not imoressed and suggest to you to go somwhere different to buy or print things.

They should call this place Surcharge City.Surcharge to top up your Myki card.Surcharge on transactions under $10 (You are a newsagency that sells newspapers..)This was a fantastic newsagency a while back, but since new ownership has taken over the place has been in steady decline. Really disappointing.

Amazing....I selected the Boho Girls Theme Memories Package and added some of the personalised extra's (glitter cups, pillow cases) and hired the robe rack and the photo's on the website did not do it justice, it was beautiful and the 10th birthday will be one she will remember. The team came and set and styled the Tents and it looked magical with all the lighting and led candles. Would highly recommend.

I didn't get the best first impressions from this shop, having received very little care in the printing and photocopy quality I needed for it's price. But in every other way I have loved the variety of choices, balloons for special occasions and little unique things you can find when looking around in here!
