Staff is so lovely! They stayed back half an hour after closing to make sure my mani pedi was perfect even when I was the only in the shop. Not a single chip two weeks later. Highly recommend !

I came to this place with high expectations as it had 5 star reviews, but I don’t understand the hype. When we entered the lady told us to wait for 5 min but had to wait for 15 min and then she asked us what we wanted. I told her that I wanted to get extension full set and showed her the inspo of what design I wanted and then she told me to choose a colour. She was filing my nail and I asked her if she does builder gel which is extremely good for you natural nails, she said no as it apparently takes a long time and is bad for the nails according to her. She goes on cutting the length of the extension without asking me and then is like how short do you want. When she was applying the powder gel to my nails, it was so thick that I told her off and she went on saying my fingers are fat. Moreover, as I went to wash my hands like she asked me to do, she went to complain to another customer how difficult her job was in a volume that everyone in the shop could hear. I was willing to pay $110 for the extension and design but with that service I decided not to get extension. When I asked her ti remove it as it was very bad she was like next time come with full experience, you’re wasting my time. What a waste of my time and such a disappointing experience. Will never come here again and I recommend to avoid this place.

Really great service, took great care with my hands and feet, no cuts or nics at my cuticles.Ladies were really welcoming and friendly. Actually took their time with the nail polish and it came out great.Didn't feel rushed like you do in some other nail places. Will definitely be back!

Very clean. Polite owner. Lady who was doing my nails told me my thumbs where fat, then continued to say she could not file the nail down to the desired shape i wanted. Other than that it was great service.

I got my nails and toenails done by Quin & Naomi, absolutely love these girls and this place. You can tell that they genuinely care about the work they’re doing, made sure I was happy with the results and even went overtime until 9:30 pm even though they’ve been open since 9 am.

My sister booked this place for nails for herself for her wedding and her bridal party. The staff were very attentive and looked after her well. Nails were done with care and looked fantastic. I feel like the pedicures were rushed a bit though. Still done well, but over very quickly

A good way to ruin your nails and mood.Unprofessional. Poor skills. Impolite.Probably the worst nail service I have ever experienced, both the staff attitude and their skills were not up to standard. These staff will treat your hands and nails like a cutting board.They use full force to cut my nails that they bleed. Ari rolled her eyes multiple times while she was serving me, even throwing the nail bottle to show that she was not happy serving me. She asked me if this was my first time doing nails, as if I was not being professional enough for her.Cindy even told me that I was taking a lot of time and they had to refuse many customers (i believe one customer) because of me and that I am responsible for paying for those customers ?!? Their low skills and lack of care in the service are not the customer’s fault.Cindy stated the original price was 120$, but then she said my design was too complicated (it was not), and they charged me 130$. I paid the total price because I did not want to cause a scene.I’ve been to dozens of places, but this is the worst.Will never. Never. Be back.
