I placed an order online that never arrived. I sent an email and got no response. Their phone appears to be be disconnected. They can still accept payments from the online store tho. Beware!!

Ordered some juggling balls Jan 2 2014.Emailed for status update after hearing nothing Jan 17 2014. No responseCalled Jan 22 asking for an update. Told stock might be coming on Friday and I would be notified regardless. No notification as of Jan 30.Called Jan 30, told there was no stock. Cancelled order.Guy was friendly but clearly disorganised. Won't use again.

I ordered an item 2 months ago which has not been received. I am struggling to get any communication from the store about this. I would not recommend any makes an online order from them because of their non-existent customer service.

I've bought many items from Graham, at Weirder the Better.I've bought some Fire devil sticks, which are awesome (note, if you are coming from a flower sticks background, learn devil sticks before moving to fire devil sticks).Fire poi with chain links, Work really well and I was provided with good information on fire safety and instructions.Spinning plates - worked as I expected them toI will be using this store again as I was very happy with my products, and the easy going nature of the shop owner. He seems always willing to give you some short tips on circus skills even if you don't need to buy anything.

Weird.. better have shopped somewhere else.------------------------------------------------------------------Ordered three items, for my sons birthday. All in stock.Two weeks later - sons birthday went ok, just presents from me were not there..But thats not all - these guys dont pick up the phone and dont answer emails!Shop at your own risk!I'm surprised all other reviews are so positive, but they from over a year ago, may be something happened to shop owners or something..

Weirder the Better
I bought my silks and poweriser pro stilts from here and love them!! The customer service is really good and the shop is really easy to find and close to the station. Both products are really good quality, the silks are really easy to climb and great to practise on outside of classes. I definitely recommend that anyone who hasn't yet should check out this store!
