Absolutely superb service and a great location-in person in the CBD! You can chill on some chesterfield sofas whilst the team does a quick-fix on your hardware! If the fix is under 5 minutes they do it for free and have a rapid site service capability. My new regular repair place in the city. :-)A special shout out to Michael who fixed my laptop in under 5 minutes and was a pleasure to chat to.

Alex visited and he was faced with a situation quite different to what I described over the phone . He checked many things , he had great patience, he shared knowledge freely and in my view was the most technically competent Consultant I have interacted with in the last 20 years for Home Office issues. I am following his suggested course of action which is a lot of work at my end but long term we will be better off. ( No pain No gain) :--)))

Michael came to the house almost instantly and provided great service. He fixed every issue shortly and made sure to check everything before finishing. Was very friendly and chatted about our mutual hobbies. Highly recommend best service and attitude.

I originally thought 38 five stars reviews of this place must be a mistake, but upon speaking with Alex and the team at Computer Fixperts, I can see why they are so highly regarded. My HDD from my server crashed and I had heard horror stories of repair costs running into the thousands of dollars, but Alex was incredibly understanding and reassuring and he offered to assess the drive for free, with no hard sell or pushy tactics. One of the most genuine and honest companies I have ever dealt with, thank you so much again Alex.
