Our floors had been covered by carpet for many years and we were unsure how they would polish. Overall the standard of our polished floors was very high. We had a very short time frime and P&T were very efficient to complete the job when required.

Very patient going over staining colors to ensure the color was perfect .There were several ares where the old kitchen was that weathered differently they did a great job of sanding and staining to blend as best as possible. The floor looks great after being left for years . Highly recommended.

We were kept up to date with all questions answered in a timely manner by the admin staff. Our tradesman understood and delivered a floor meeting our request.
