Great customer service. Cory is great and always happy to help! I had to return a parcel and have never done so before and he was patient and explained all my options. He remembers my husband and I, and promptly collects our package as soon as we enter.

This is a hidden gem. This branch is easy to reach, has plenty of parking space and the staff is unbelievably friendly and efficient. You’ll find here a higher standard of service. I needed to ship my iPhone back to Apple for the trade in deal and when the clerk saw that I’ve never done that before, he just did it all to me while explaining what to do. Awesome service. I wish o had the guys name to mention here because he deserves the recognition.Congratulations to the team!

This is one of the best places to go for any post, passport related work.They are very helpful when we tried to get a 3 weeks old infant photo and explained the whole process of passport application with great patience and care.I think the staff here should be selected for training all of Australia post staff all over Australia.

Best Aus Post office ever. Probably the only good Aus Post office given that all other offices have average ratings below 3 stars.Very friendly and efficient staff. This office is like an oasis in a desert.

Worthy of 6 stars!!!This Post Office branch is the best customer service I have encountered. I submitted our passsport applications in this branch and encountered issues with our documents.Corey and Eleni, instead of just sending us away, gave us options and were very, very patient . They kindly explained the why" behind such requirements and did all they can to avoid further hassle on our part."

Far and away the best Australia Post I’ve ever been to. Eleni and Corey are walking talking encyclopaedias when it comes to Australian passports and are some of the friendliest people to boot. I would really recommend going out of your way to come to this location any time you need help from a post office.

Absolutely the BEST post office I have ever been to. I specifically come here to deliver my parcels because the guys here are so friendly and understand how to be efficient (unlike other auspost stores). Everytime I come here I am met with a smile and leave feeling happy. Thank you so much for providing such great service, excellent work!

Probably the post office with the best customer service I have experienced! They go above and beyond to help customers every time with a smile, for example I had no tape left at home and printer ink, they happily helped to provide tape and printed my return slip. I live between two post offices and I always choose this one because of their service!

Corey and the staff are fantastic! They remember who you are and so quick to get your parcel, process parcels or have any questions etc. they are the best! I hate it when the couriers take my parcels to the Homebush/Flemington location. The Markets is so much closer and the staff are so much more friendlier then the other location
