Zoran from Woodcut is a legend! Being fairly new to a renovation, Zoran was very responsive and kind enough to prompt me on all the details that I would not have thought of around new flooring. The floorboards themselves, going with an antique smoked & limed is such a unique look that suits me and the style of my apartment perfectly. The black knots through it give such character and I love it!

We are delighted with the look of our new engineered timber floor in Roman Grey that we purchased from Woodcut in Richmond Victoria and had expertly installed by Gregory Jefferson Flooring. Everyone admires the attractive natural woodgrain surface which is highlighted by it’s low sheen UV oil finish. The product is a pleasure to live with being low slip, durable and very easy to keep clean.Woodcut came across as a highly professional supplier with a wide range of products to choose from, a good showroom and knowledgeable, helpful staff.We would happily recommend Woodcut and Gregory Jefferson to anyone looking for an outstanding premium floor.

Woodcut was recommended to me by a family friend who has exceptional taste. From the moment I entered the showroom in Richmond and met Rochelle, I knew that Woodcut would be the best fit for me and my new home. The quality of the finished product was the best I had seen. Rochelle was so warm and welcoming and had excellent knowledge of the product and was very helpful to select the best colour for my space. Woodcut's showroom is a really lovely space and the experience going through them felt very personable. From the customer service, quoting and billing side of things to delivery of the product it was flawless. The floors were installed and look absolutely fabulous and just feel like they have always been there. Rochelle was so helpful going through how to care for the boards now that they have been installed and I am very excited to now live on them in my new home. I can happily recommend Woodcut to anyone wishing to install engineered floor boards in their home and know you will be as happy as I am with my new floor.

The second I walked into the Richmond store, the sales reps were amazing. They listened to my vision of how I wanted the house to look, they understood my style, they grabbed samples to lay on the floor, (they even grabbed light and dark samples so I had a true idea of the colour of floor I wanted including variations) they put it against white paper to imagine it against the white walls. They even held the stock I wanted for 3 days without a deposit until I was able to obtain more accurate measurements. I cannot recommend Woodcut enough. They are so welcoming, they have such good knowledge and such fantastic products at such great prices. Don't look anywhere else! Woodcut, or nothing I say! Special shout-out to Rochelle for her endless efforts to ensure I chose the right floors for my place. She responded to my calls and emails immediately, as well as the entire woodcut team in Richmond. Don’t shop anywhere else!

We used Woodcut to resurface our two bedroom apartment in South Yarra. This was the first time we have renovated and were unsure of the exact process for laying wooden flooring in an apartment.
