Had an appointment scheduled for weeks in advance, so organised to have the day off work. After waiting for 45 minutes, called the office to be told that they were not coming due to the weather. Person on the phone was extremely rude when asked why we didn't receive at least a phone call to notify us that they were not coming. Wet weather forecast all week, so if you knew that you were not coming, a courtesy call shouldn't be too much to ask for, but then don't be rude when we call to ask where you are.
