Awesome service and great variety of trees

Loved this place, and think it has ruined me for ever getting an Xmas tree from Big W or something like that. These were gorgeous trees, obviously quality, and the staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They let us experiment with lights and tinsel and everything! Really happy I went in person to see the range and make my selections.

Great staff.... good selection... assisted us in making informed decisions. Look forward to a long term relationship.

Was looking for a tree that we could keep for a lifetime, I went to multiple places as I could not justify paying so much money and did not want to buy a tacky tree only to replace it every season, I quickly realised the trees at the Xmas tree warehouse were of quality and well designed and only really saw the true value of the money we spent when we started to put it together at home. The staff there are super friendly and spirited, and really helped us make the right choice at the end! Highly recommend if you want a tree that can give you family history in 20+ years time!

Awesome quality!I bought the 1.5ft Pittsburgh Christmas Tree Green Frosted 46cm in Burlap base for my classroom and it was so realistic and bushy!When the postal courier (not Australia post) screwed up the delivery, they called me personally to ensure it made its way back to me.Wonderful experience over here. This is the best place to buy Christmas trees & Decorations, so friendly customer service and they explain to me about each item’s.Very Very Very good quality

Had some bad customer service when my tree didn't arrive, got passed on, left on hold for ages, had people say they'd get back to me then never get back to me. In the end had to cancel order because it was getting to close to Christmas and they had run out of the tree I had ordered. Unapologetic and didn't try and fix the problem. Wouldn't recommend.
