Generally speaking it was fine. We went into the store to look for roller blind options, and the service we received was fine. Retrospectively it would have been good for the service person to ask us some information about what we were looking for and show us options, rather than just putting books out in front of us. We booked a measure and quote, which was also fine, but again the person made no effort to help us with selections.The quote came in equal to the company we chose, but the other person who came to our house to provide the measure and quote took the time to discuss options with us, show us various things we hadn't considered, listened to what we wanted to achieve. So we went with the provider of better service.

Do not even engage with this company. They can’t deliver on lead times, was told 4-6 weeks and have waited 12.Customer service is terrible, they don’t respond to emails and don’t answer their phone when trying to get an update / book in the install, was then harassed by their staff when I finally got through to them to put in a complaint and cancel my order.

Trying to communicate with the sales rep to get the invoice details correct, when I just wanted to pay for the blinds was so difficult, and the rep was so rude in her reply emails that I decided to go to ABC Blinds and get another quote. ABC Blinds in Wangara not only communicated with me like I was a human being with feelings, but as a customer who they had some respect for, and I even saved money and got the same product. Thanks Kresta for making me go elsewhere!!

All the blinds installed around the house started falling off their rollers due to negligent installation. Parts to keep the fabric on the rollers were not installed on any of the blinds but one. Customer service then took 6 weeks to schedule a service appointment and made me pay $160.Save your money and find a reputable blinds installer and not this botch job that Kresta pedals.

Do yourself a favour and avoid. Go anywhere else but here. Atrocious customer service, I can't express my grave disappointment in the outcome, poor quality workmanship, delays, ignored, a complete shambles from beginning to end. Deepest regret for choosing this business. Blinds installation 5 weeks ago and already falling apart. Not even used as in spare bedroom.

Non English speaking Installer damaged tiles whilst installing a roller blind and denied it. Sadly I had not taken before and after photos as per another reviewer with exactly the same issue. It will cost me $300 to fix, Kresta refuse to refund me. In hindsight I should never have paid upfront prior to install, but they insist on this. Steer well clear and use a more honest company. I have had no problem with local independents.

Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend Kresta to anyone based on my recent experience.First they make you pay in full prior to them doing the installation.Extremely long wait time for curtains to be made. I believe ours took around 4 months or so. The curtains were meant to be installed in April and it’s now August and they still haven’t completed the job.The people in the call centre have no clue what is going on and seem to have trouble with even simple tasks.Most recently the installer arrived except they had not told him or provided him with the necessary stuff to install.Useless.Worst part is that they already have taken my money for the job so there is nothing you can do

My experience has been absolutely awful with Kresta, we ordered our blinds in July, and only now in February was it completed.Throughout the process the following things happened;-It took 5 separate visits to fit the product, this is either due to the blinds being the wrong size, wrong colour etc, malfunctions in the product, or they were simply melting off the rails-It took 6 times longer than we were quoted-They charged us to pay by the phone or they would not deliver or install the product-They cracked the walls in my brand new house-The customer service team was to be one of the most incompetent i have ever come across, they never call you back and you have to chase them up on everything to get a reply.And now after a chain has gotten stuck, they want to charge me $89 to fix it, 4 months after the installation was finished. What a joke of a company.Despite all of this, the only form of compensation they can offer is to organise the painter.STAY AWAY

Do not purchase from Kresta. I'm stuck with sheer curtains that fall down if I want to open them and roller blinds that are too short as they haven't been measured correctly. I have a hole in my bedroom ceiling and in the walls of my lounge room from the shoddy installation of incorrect sized products.The installer has attended my house on 5 occasions so far over the course of about 16 months. There is zero customer service, they won't return your calls or emails. I'm currently trying to get them to remove and refund and I've logged an official complaint through fair trade. If anyone has any information about how to get Kresta to remove their faulty and incorrectly sized curtains from my home, please let me know!To Kresta- you people should be ashamed of yourselves. Please come and uninstall your products from my home, repair the holes your installer made and give me my money back. It would be really lovely if I could utilise my open plan balcony space over summer which I currently can't because of your faulty sheer curtain which cannot be opened without falling down.

Good unless there's a problem & then they don't want to know you. They don't return calls & I'm still waiting on Barbara to reply to my email of 12 Dec 2022.
