Semaphore South Beach
Just the right number of people with dogs; everyone was spaced out, so there would be no issues between dogs. We encountered some love people and dogs on our walk. No d!kheads to ruin the experience. You need to have perfect recall if you are going to let your dog off lead. Dogs wonder about far away from owners. There is so much to explore. Highly recommended for your pooch. And yourself.

Great place to wander and explore. Generally covered in seaweed and a bit of a distance to showers and toilets (so 4 not 5 stars). With older kids or just adults it's great. Would be tougher with kids under 5

Seals are on the rocks beyond beach, not very clear. Not too much business is its characteristic.

This is a beach for all ages plus your leashed dog. Regular and Disabled ♿ Parking & toilets. Great bike and walking trail, playgrounds, cafes. Beautiful sand.. Sandcastle building and swimming recommended

Semaphore South Beach
This is a wide beach. There is a breakwater at the sea. A lot of seaweed on the beach during this time, which is another experience. Construction is under way on the beach, leaving ruts on the bank. Parking is convenient. There is also a playground.
