Absolutely fantastic service, the best customer service I can remember having. The print quality of my business cards was fantastic. Mark went above and beyond to get my business cards printed in a very small timeframe, which I'm very grateful for. Can not recommend highly enough.

I needed some business cards done in a hurry and I called and was able to pick them up in an hour. They look great too, thanks for sorting it out for me so quickly

Did a fantastic job on printing a certificate and Acedemic results from an electronic PDF to both sides of a 350gsm hardcopy. Had it ready within 40 mins of sending by email.Cost: $15 for two copies, printed on both sides.Denise was most helpful. Highly recomended

I recently needed 150 order of service booklets printed for my father's funeral. As happens with these things, we didn't have much time and I needed them done by the next day. Added to that I am not a graphic designer and put them together myself on Microsoft Publisher without adding print bleeds etc - I'm sure I wasn't a dream client!Despite all of this I received a call the next day that the booklets were ready. The quality was beyond anything I had imagined - they looked like professional books! I also needed thank you postcards printed and these were done within hours and at a very reasonable price.The communication from staff was very prompt and friendly. The shop is easy to find and parking is simple. I've had to wait days for print jobs at other print shops, but I can highly recommend Snap Balcatta to anyone be it a corporate job, or the family's Christmas cards.
